How Aipxperts cut month-end billing from 5 hours to 10 minutes
Aipxperts is a software and IT services company in Ahmedabad. Its 40-person team bills clients by the hour across about 30 projects, and every hour has to be tracked, approved and invoiced. Here is what changed when the whole team moved to Punchly.

Tracking time meant leaving Jira, every time
The team’s previous time tracker ran in its own browser tab. Every time someone started or finished work, they had to remember to leave Jira, open a second tab, search for the project, click the timer button, then switch back to the tracker to see if it took. That back-and-forth cost each developer 15 to 20 minutes a day.
For management, capturing time was one problem; getting it out at month’s end was another. Two people spent 4 to 5 hours pulling everything together before invoices could go out.
One app for time, approvals, attendance and invoices
Time tracked where the work is. Developers start the timer against their Jira task without switching tools, and see their day’s total in the same place.
Timesheets and approvals. Managers review the week and approve it before anything is billed, so mistakes are caught early.
Attendance and overtime. The attendance report shows when each person started and finished, their breaks, and any overtime or short hours, from the same time records.
Projects, tasks and scheduling. Work is planned against about 30 client projects, and time lands on the right one.
Invoices and reports. Invoices are built straight from approved hours, and reports show hours by client, project and person.

What the team gets back
Month-end billing takes 5–10 minutes instead of taking two people half a day, so invoices go out without delay.
Developers no longer lose 15–20 minutes a day switching between Jira and a separate tool.
Timesheets are approved on Monday and invoiced on time with no friction.
The team started using it without any training.
“With our old tracker, developers had to open every Jira issue, click its track button, then go back to the tracker to check their hours. It cost each of them 15 to 20 minutes a day, and we still had no proper reporting or task scheduling. Punchly solved all of it. Nobody needed training; the team just started using it.”
