Integrations

Time tracking integrations for the tools you already use

Your projects already live somewhere, and your invoices go out from somewhere. Punchly connects to both ends, so projects are not typed in twice and tracked time reaches your accounts without a spreadsheet in between.

Calendars and API are free. Jira, QuickBooks and Projqo on the Standard plan. 7-day free trial of the Pro plan’s features, no credit card needed.

Jira

Jira Cloud: track time on the real work

Connect Jira and each project you choose becomes a Punchly project, with its issues as tasks. Your developers pick the issue they are working on when they start the timer, and when an issue is closed in Jira its task is closed here. Punchly only reads from Jira.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online: send tracked time to your accounts

Send billable time from Punchly to QuickBooks Online as time activities, with the person, the customer, the hours and the rate, then invoice your customers from QuickBooks as you do today.

Calendars

Google and Outlook Calendar: meetings beside your time

Each person can connect their own calendar and see their meetings next to the time they tracked. One click turns a meeting into a time entry. Punchly never changes the calendar, and nobody else in the workspace sees it.

Projqo

Projqo: projects in, time kept the same on both sides

If your team plans its work in Projqo, its projects and tasks appear in Punchly, and time tracked on either side shows up on the other under the right person.

API

API and webhooks: connect your own software

For everything else, there is an open API. Read or change Punchly data from your payroll, reporting or internal tools, and use webhooks to be told the moment something happens. The API is free on every plan.

Connecting safely

Safe to connect, safe to disconnect

Nothing is deleted when you disconnect

Projects, tasks and time already in Punchly stay.

You are told if a connection breaks

Owners and admins get a message, and the integration’s card says it needs reconnecting.

Admins connect the company’s tools

Jira, QuickBooks and Projqo are set up by the workspace owner and admins. Calendars and personal API keys are each person’s own.
