Audit log
The audit log is the record of every change made in the workspace: what changed, who changed it, when, and what the value was before.

What it records
Changes to settings, members and roles, projects, clients, tasks and tags, rates, time entries, approvals, time off, expenses, invoices, kiosks, the schedule, reminders, imports and integrations.
Reading it
- When and Who. “System” marks something Punchly did automatically.
- What: the kind of thing and the action.
- Change: the old value crossed out, then the new value.
- From: where the change was made.
Filter by date, person, kind of thing and action. One search covers up to 31 days.
Good to know
- Nothing in the log can be edited or deleted.
- Punchly records changes on every plan, from the day a workspace is created. Moving to Enterprise opens that whole history.
- The audit log is not part of the free trial.
