The Activity screen
Some companies need more than hours: proof of work on screen, where field staff were, or who really clocked in. The Activity screen is where that is looked at. Each part is off until an admin switches it on, and the people concerned are always told.

Nothing is recorded quietly
- Screenshots and app names: the desktop app shows each person what the workspace records and waits for them to press I understand before anything is captured. A strip in the app then always says what is being recorded.
- Location: the phone app explains what is recorded and asks for the phone’s location permission. Saying no does not stop someone tracking time.
- Kiosk photos: the kiosk shows a notice and asks each person to agree before their first photo.
Kiosk photos
The Kiosk photos tab appears when photo capture is switched on. Look by person or by kiosk, one day at a time. Each card shows the photo, the action and the time. Owners and admins see everyone and can delete photos. Team managers see their team. Everyone sees their own. See Clocking in at a kiosk.
