My report does not show what I expect

When the numbers look wrong, the time is usually there but left out by a rule or a filter. Check these in order.

Time is missing

  • A timer is still running. Time counts in reports only after its timer is stopped.
  • The date range. Check it covers the days you mean. An entry belongs to the day it started.
  • A filter is on. Press Clear filters.
  • You are not allowed to see it. Members see their own time, and managers see their team’s or their projects’.
  • The person was removed or deactivated. Their time is still there. Use the Status filter to include inactive or removed people.

“Your plan covers 31 days per report”

On the Free plan a report covers up to 31 days. Pick a shorter range, such as This month, or move to a paid plan.

Totals do not match the Time tracker

  • Rounding is on. Untick Rounding to see the real time.
  • Grouping by Tag or Group. An entry with two tags is counted under both, so rows can add up to more than the total.

Amounts are zero

Someone is “still clocked in” on the Attendance report

Their timer was running when you looked. The day’s figures appear once the timer is stopped.
