Projqo
Connect Projqo and its projects and tasks appear in Punchly. Time then stays the same on both sides: time tracked in Punchly shows on the task in Projqo under the right person, and time logged in Projqo shows in Punchly.

Connect
- Press Connect to Projqo.
- In Projqo, approve Punchly for the whole organization. You need to be an owner of the organization there.
One Projqo organization connects to one Punchly workspace. A workspace can connect several organizations.
Choose projects and tasks
- Press Projqo projects.
- Tick the projects to bring in.
- For each, choose All tasks or Chosen tasks, and tick the tasks you want.
- Optionally give a date to bring in time already logged in Projqo, up to 90 days back.
- Press Review changes, then Apply.
Projects are checked every 15 minutes. Projqo also tells Punchly about changes as they happen. Names come from Projqo, so rename there.
Match the people
Time is credited to a person by their email. Someone with the same email in both is matched automatically. Press People to pair anyone else by hand.
Until a person is matched, their time is not sent to Projqo, and time they log there is not brought in.
How time moves
- Punchly to Projqo: within about a minute of stopping a timer on a Projqo task, the time appears on that task in Projqo. Editing or deleting the entry updates Projqo too.
- Projqo to Punchly: time a person logs on a task in Projqo becomes a time entry in Punchly, on the same task.
- Each direction has its own switch on the card.
- Projqo keeps whole minutes, so time is rounded to the nearest minute there. Entries under 30 seconds are not sent.
- A running timer is sent once it is stopped.
When Punchly’s rules say no
Time coming from Projqo follows Punchly’s rules: the lock date, approved periods and invoiced time. The card lists anything that did not go through, in three lists:
- Not sent to Projqo: fix the cause, such as an unmatched person, and press Try again.
- Not brought in from Projqo: time Punchly would not take. It is still in Projqo.
- Changes not accepted: someone changed, in Projqo, time that is approved, locked or invoiced in Punchly. Punchly kept its own version and put Projqo back.
