What each person sees
- Owner and admins: everything, drafts included.
- Team managers: their team’s published assignments.
- Project managers: the published assignments of people planned on their projects.
- Members: their own published assignments, or more if the setting allows.
- Nobody sees another person’s draft.
Amounts on the board
Blocks can show the money an assignment is worth. Only people allowed to see rates and amounts see it. That is set in Workspace settings, Permissions.
Change a person’s capacity
On the Team view, open the menu on a person’s row and choose Edit capacity to set how many hours a day they are available. It is the same daily capacity as on the Team screen.
When scheduling is off
The Schedule screen and the Assignments report are hidden.
